Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for senior leadership using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, NIST, HIPAA) and security protocols
- Present findings to stakeholders through executive briefings and technical documentation
- Optimize data pipelines and automate reporting workflows using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain data integrity and system performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience in federal/government sector
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Certification in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) or cloud platforms
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one within 90 days
- Demonstrated experience with federal compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
