Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to generate actionable insights
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for agency leadership and congressional briefings
- Ensure compliance with federal data regulations (FISMA, CUI, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on national security and public health initiatives
- Present findings to senior officials using data visualization best practices
- Maintain data integrity across multiple federal systems
- Stay current on emerging data technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data analysis or government contracts
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Knowledge of federal data regulations and security protocols
- Active U.S. security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with large-scale datasets (10M+ records)
