Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various federal sources to ensure high-quality analytics inputs.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik to present complex data trends to stakeholders.
- Perform statistical modeling and trend analysis to support policy formulation and resource allocation.
- Ensure all data handling complies with federal regulations, including NISPOM and FedRAMP standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Maintain and update existing data architecture and reporting frameworks.
- Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within a federal contracting or government environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Background Investigation (FBI/DoD Secret clearance).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC in a federal context.
