Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for federal agency stakeholders
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations (FISMA, HIPAA) and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and project scopes
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Support federal compliance audits and documentation requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal government data or regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Expertise in data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong understanding of federal data governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Security clearance eligibility or existing clearance (Top Secret/SBI preferred)
