Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for federal stakeholders and leadership, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define data requirements and ensure alignment with agency objectives.
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols, including NIST standards and classified information handling.
- Perform statistical modeling to forecast outcomes and support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience analyzing data within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly desired.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance is required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a part-time capacity.
