Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to support federal program evaluation.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure all data analysis complies with federal regulations, privacy laws, and agency standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and report findings clearly.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends and patterns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, methodologies, and algorithms used.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data extraction.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience with statistical software such as R or Python is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (if required).
