Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and compliance risks
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to align data strategies with federal regulations
- Prepare executive summaries and presentations for senior government officials
- Maintain strict adherence to FISMA, HIPAA, and other data security standards
- Automate reporting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal data analysis or government contracting
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/Numpy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of federal data regulations (FISMA, FOIA, HIPAA)
- Certification in data governance or analytics (e.g., CDMP, AWS Certified Data Analyst)
- Experience with large-scale datasets (>1TB) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
