Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal healthcare datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for federal stakeholders using Tableau/Power BI
- Ensure compliance with federal data security standards (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Present findings to senior leadership through data visualizations and executive summaries
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to standardize data collection methodologies
- Conduct statistical modeling to identify trends in public health outcomes
- Maintain data quality through rigorous validation protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with federal government datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- FISMA and HIPAA compliance certification required
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Active federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
