Responsibilities
- Conduct Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support agency decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
- Prepare Reports: Draft comprehensive reports, briefings, and correspondence for senior leadership and federal stakeholders.
- Policy Support: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of federal regulations and agency policies to ensure compliance.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing professional and courteous assistance.
- Administrative Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for high-level federal events and hearings.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records in compliance with federal standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience (internships and recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with database management software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Security: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Public Trust security clearance.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to federal service.
