Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal information systems and network infrastructure.
- Ensure strict compliance with FISMA, NIST, and other federal cybersecurity regulations.
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex federal applications.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and system architecture.
- Document system configurations, security policies, and operational procedures accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or related technical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one promptly.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and virtualization platforms.
- Strong understanding of DoD and Federal cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., DIACAP, RMF).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
