Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring accurate filing and record-keeping.
- Assist senior staff with data entry, report preparation, and administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and stakeholders at the front desk.
- Review and process documents for compliance with federal regulations and agency standards.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative requests as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a security clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
