Responsibilities
- Receive and screen incoming calls, mail, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Prepare, sort, and distribute correspondence and reports.
- Assist senior staff with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and document preparation.
- Update and verify information in federal databases and case files.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations and agency policies.
- Assist in the preparation of internal communications and memos.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is mandatory.
- Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
