Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive research on federal regulations, legislative updates, and policy trends to support ongoing government projects.
- Assist senior analysts in drafting, editing, and formatting high-level policy briefs, memos, and reports for federal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and analyze metrics related to program performance and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project timelines, deliverables, and regulatory changes.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and conference calls, taking detailed minutes and preparing follow-up action items.
- Support the quality assurance process by proofreading documents and ensuring adherence to federal formatting standards.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- US Citizenship is required for federal government contracts.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
