Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee federal contract deliverables from inception to completion.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and agency standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative technical solutions for government clients.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project timelines.
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership and government stakeholders.
- Mentor junior staff members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely resource allocation.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship and valid Government Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contracting, IT, or project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Public Administration, Engineering).
- Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and OMB guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Salesforce.
