Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate federal procurement contracts in accordance with FAR/DFARS regulations
- Ensure compliance with federal acquisition laws and agency-specific policies
- Coordinate with multiple government departments and vendor partners
- Prepare contract documentation including modifications and renewals
- Conduct market research for cost analysis and vendor evaluation
- Maintain contract databases and reporting systems
- Support audit preparation and compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years federal contracting experience
- Active DOD Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or DAWIA Level II certification
- Proficiency in FPDS-NG and other federal acquisition systems
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
