Responsibilities
- Conduct weekend security patrols and access control at federal facilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents
- Enforce federal security protocols and maintain detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergency situations
- Perform vulnerability assessments and recommend security enhancements
- Train and supervise junior security personnel during weekend rotations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Minimum 2 years of security or law enforcement experience
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in security systems (CCTV, access control software)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong communication skills and crisis management abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
