Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure systems including servers, networks, and cloud platforms
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments to protect sensitive government data
- Provide technical support and training to federal employees on IT systems and software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy IT solutions aligned with federal compliance standards
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure operational continuity
- Document IT processes, policies, and procedures for regulatory compliance and knowledge transfer
- Stay current with emerging technologies and federal IT regulations to recommend system improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or cybersecurity
- Professional certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ITIL) preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal IT standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA) and compliance requirements
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies

- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
