Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for federal positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and coordinate background checks as required by federal regulations.
- Ensure strict compliance with Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidelines and agency-specific hiring procedures.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent that aligns with mission-critical needs.
- Collaborate with agency hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reports.
- Provide guidance to applicants regarding the federal application process and timeline expectations.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident eligible for a federal security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Proven experience in federal government recruitment, public sector hiring, or large-scale talent acquisition.
