Responsibilities
- Manage and process federal documentation and records with strict adherence to compliance regulations.
- Conduct regular security briefings and assist in maintaining facility clearance protocols for federal personnel.
- Analyze operational data to improve workflow efficiency within the federal branch.
- Communicate complex federal policies and procedures to the public and internal staff in a clear, professional manner.
- Coordinate with various agencies to ensure seamless integration of cross-departmental projects.
- Maintain accurate databases and prepare weekly reports on departmental performance metrics.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new federal contractors and interns.
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen or hold permanent resident status eligible for federal employment.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be willing to undergo a comprehensive background investigation and fingerprinting process.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced government environment with strict deadlines.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to New Orleans, Louisiana.
