Responsibilities
- Process and review incoming federal applications, forms, and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Perform weekend field operations and on-site support for federal projects in the Greater New Orleans area.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government documents and personnel records.
- Coordinate logistics for weekend personnel and ensure compliance with federal safety protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and data entry for federal databases.
- Communicate effectively with agency personnel and local stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or have permanent residency status (Green Card).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational schedule.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in government, administrative, or customer service roles is a plus.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal database systems.
