Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Federal, State, and Local positions.
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure alignment with federal compliance and agency needs.
- Coordinate job fairs and outreach events in the Minneapolis area to attract top talent.
- Utilize USAJOBS and internal ATS platforms to post vacancies and track applications.
- Conduct background checks and security clearance processing where required.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and competency models.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government recruitment.
- Deep understanding of federal hiring regulations, EEO guidelines, and merit-based hiring principles.
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (if applicable to the role).
