Responsibilities
- Conduct Compliance Audits: Review and analyze federal documentation to ensure adherence to established regulations and policies.
- Support Administrative Operations: Assist in the daily management of federal records, data entry, and document preparation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate with Stakeholders: Liaise with agency personnel and external vendors to resolve administrative inquiries and provide status updates.
- Update Information Systems: Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases regarding federal project timelines and personnel status.
- Assist in Procurement Support: Prepare requisitions and documentation for federal purchasing and contract fulfillment processes.
- Prepare Reports: Generate weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics and compliance issues.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain or maintain a valid government security clearance.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, federal government operations, or a related industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and federal case management software.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to review complex data for accuracy and identify potential errors.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
