Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate complex security threats and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies to ensure coordinated security efforts.
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor and assess security protocols and compliance with federal regulations.
- Participate in emergency response planning and execution as required.
- Maintain and update security databases and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on security procedures and best practices.
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Political Science) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
