Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process federal applications and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with agency regulations.
- Analyze complex data sets to generate reports for federal stakeholders and leadership.
- Interpret and apply federal policies and procedures to resolve administrative issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with applicants, agency officials, and internal teams regarding status updates and requirements.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government information and personnel records.
- Assist in the coordination of federal training programs and compliance audits.
Qualifications:
- United States Citizenship is required for this position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a government or public service administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of federal procurement and compliance standards is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal case management software.
- Ability to obtain a favorable background investigation and security clearance.
