Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of federal applications to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Manage a high-volume caseload of veterans' benefits claims with a focus on timely resolution.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports and documentation for agency leadership and oversight bodies.
- Communicate complex policy information to applicants in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve escalated issues and streamline processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to privacy laws and federal security protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is mandatory for this position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, case management, or federal services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal case management software.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a suitable background investigation clearance.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
