Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and cybersecurity systems
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive government data
- Provide technical support to federal agencies and coordinate system upgrades
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular security audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with federal IT standards
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal IT systems management
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and network security tools
- Knowledge of NIST and FISMA compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
