Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the agency's federal IT infrastructure and networks.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security regulations and standards (FISMA).
- Conduct risk assessments and implement robust cybersecurity measures.
- Lead technical projects from conception through deployment, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of federal IT policies, protocols, and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in managing cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and legacy systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or PMP are highly preferred.
