Responsibilities
- Conduct complex criminal investigations related to national security threats and immigration violations
- Analyze intelligence data and prepare detailed investigative reports for federal prosecutors
- Execute federal arrest warrants and serve legal documents in compliance with DOJ protocols
- Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies during multi-jurisdictional operations
- Testify as a subject matter expert in federal court proceedings
- Maintain chain of custody for evidence and digital forensic materials
- Develop and implement undercover operations targeting high-priority security risks
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain Top Secret)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal law enforcement or investigative experience
- Proficiency in evidence collection protocols and courtroom testimony procedures
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued firearm certification
- Advanced knowledge of federal statutes (18 U.S.C., INA) and investigative procedures
- Exceptional written communication skills for report drafting and legal documentation
