Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end federal IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with agency requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and federal clients to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations (DFARS, FAR) and company quality standards.
- Lead regular status meetings, prepare reports, and present progress to executive leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings within federal contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the federal contracting sector.
- PMP, PgMP, or CAPM certification is highly desirable.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
