Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for federal government systems and networks.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and implement patches and updates.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols, FISMA standards, and data protection regulations.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and user experience.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related field within a government or corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with federal IT frameworks and security compliance standards.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (or have an active clearance).
