Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal hardware and software systems.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to ensure compliance with NIST and FISMA standards.
- Monitor system performance and perform proactive maintenance to ensure 100% uptime for critical government applications.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to identify technical requirements and deliver scalable IT solutions.
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans to mitigate potential risks.
- Manage and deploy software updates, patches, and configurations across the enterprise network.
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and system configurations accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance with favorable polygraph eligibility (Immediate Hire Requirement).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments or defense contracting.
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CISSP preferred.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, virtualization, and cloud computing (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with senior leadership.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (if applicable).
