Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for federal end-users and internal systems.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security regulations, FISMA, and NIST standards.
- Perform system administration for Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Document technical procedures and assist in training junior staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 5+ years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Active Public Trust clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and disaster recovery planning.
- Ability to obtain a favorable background investigation.
