Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to ensure compliance with FISMA and NIST standards.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to safeguard sensitive data.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to identify technical requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and incident reports.
- Ensure 100% uptime and data integrity for critical federal applications.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or cybersecurity within a federal or defense environment.
- Certifications: Active CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with senior government officials.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and ITIL best practices.
