- Collaborate with program managers to define KPIs and track performance metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal/government data analysis environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and statistical analysis tools
- Certification in federal data security protocols (e.g., CIPP, CISSP)
- Proven track record of translating complex data into executive-level insights
