Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, and network hardware, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor security measures in strict compliance with NIST and FedRAMP standards.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support to federal personnel and resolve complex system issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and perform critical system patching.
- Collaborate with state and local agencies to integrate federal systems seamlessly.
- Document system configurations and maintain accurate technical logs for audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a federal, state, or local government IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Experience with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
