Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain secure network infrastructure for federal systems.
- Conduct routine security assessments, vulnerability scans, and risk analysis.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and technical libraries.
- Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to ensure compliance with FISMA standards.
- Monitor system performance and respond to incidents promptly.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal IT environments or equivalent technical support roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and scripting languages (Python/Bash).
- Strong understanding of NIST cybersecurity frameworks and federal regulations.
