Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure for federal clients.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues remotely.
- Enforce cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments.
- Provide technical training and support to federal staff members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade hardware and software systems.
- Document all technical procedures and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal IT support or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-based solutions (Azure/Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high security standards.
