Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure supporting federal operations
- Manage cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, NIST)
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for classified and unclassified systems
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity exercises
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Document technical procedures and maintain compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- 5+ years of experience with federal IT systems and cybersecurity frameworks
- Expertise in network administration (Cisco, VMware, Windows Server)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with incident response and threat mitigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
