Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for federal computer systems and internal networks.
- Manage and maintain IT hardware, software, and peripherals in strict compliance with federal security standards.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive federal information from cyber threats.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance assessments, and routine maintenance checks.

Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent specialized experience).
- Experience: Proven experience in network administration, server maintenance, and IT support.
- Security: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
