Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot federal information systems and networks.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards (FISMA).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff and federal clients.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Federal Government security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
