Responsibilities
- Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain federal IT systems and networks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols in compliance with FISMA security standards.
- Provide advanced technical support and training to federal staff and contractors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems and integrate new technologies.
- Document technical processes and prepare reports for federal auditing and compliance.
- Respond to and resolve urgent service tickets and hardware/software issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Proficiency in network administration, Windows Server, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and federal compliance regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
