Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot federal IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and enforce federal information security policies and compliance standards.
- Provide technical support to federal personnel and resolve complex hardware/software issues.
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Respond to emergency alerts and perform system recovery procedures during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Federal security clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday) as required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
