Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server environments across 50+ state agencies
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including NIST compliance and threat detection
- Oversee cloud infrastructure migration to Azure Government
- Lead disaster recovery planning and system backup procedures
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network and system issues
- Document system configurations and compliance reports
- Mentor junior administrators and train agency staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years administering Windows Server 2016/2019 in enterprise environments
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Security+
- Experience with Azure Government or AWS GovCloud services
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Ability to obtain and maintain ITIL certification
