Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for federal agency networks and systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across multiple federal environments.
- Enforce federal security protocols and compliance standards (NIST, FISMA).
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular security audits.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs for compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in federal IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
