Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for federal systems including Windows, Linux, and cloud infrastructure
- Manage cybersecurity protocols and incident response for classified networks
- Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise hardware/software solutions
- Document IT procedures and create technical documentation for federal compliance
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on system integration projects
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on security best practices and system utilization
Qualifications
- Required: U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years experience in enterprise IT support with federal/government systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and SCCM
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written/verbal communication for technical documentation
