Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to oversee our federal client's network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring system availability, security, and performance while adhering to strict federal compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure for federal clients.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Configure and troubleshoot network hardware, servers, and operating systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff and end-users.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with NIST and agency policies.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate inventory of IT assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade systems and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
