Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) across federal facilities.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices for end-users.
- Implement and enforce security protocols, including user access controls and firewall management.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular backups and system updates to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Provide technical support and documentation for complex IT issues.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to identify technical requirements and solutions.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with network security tools and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
