Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefits enrollment and case files
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (VA, HIPAA, FERPA)
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and community partners
- Conduct eligibility assessments and benefit calculations
- Maintain accurate documentation in federal systems

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years federal or government experience
- Proficiency with VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
