Responsibilities
- Manage and execute federal contract deliverables while ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards in the Atlanta area.
- Collaborate with federal agency stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies and implement strategic improvements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to maintain compliance with federal regulations and security protocols.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive the successful completion of government projects on time and within budget.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations to senior federal officials regarding project direction and policy changes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation required for federal reporting and audit trails.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contracting, project management, or related public sector roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and government compliance frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for briefing senior leadership and writing technical reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal grant management software systems.
