Responsibilities
- Process Federal Applications: Review and process incoming job applications for various federal agencies with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of pension plans, health benefits, and retirement packages for federal employees.
- Public Outreach: Communicate with citizens and veterans to provide information regarding eligibility and application procedures.
- Record Management: Maintain secure and confidential digital and physical records of all personnel and benefit-related data.

Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for U.S. citizenship.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior federal experience required. General administrative or customer service experience is a plus but not a barrier to entry.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
